Abstract should be submitted before 1 Apr 2009. All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full paper and give oral or poster presentations on the conference.
All full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Selected papers will be published in special issues in each of the following three journals:
